About Me

Whether you or your student have trouble understanding school concepts, need help prepping for that big test, or just need some guidance for homework, I am here to help. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience helping students succeed. My students say they appreciate the way I first show them how to tackle a math concept, then guide them through it together, and then finally have the student teach it back.

I am married with two daughters (and a son due in August 2015!). I have a full time job with our local department of social services and also pastor two small churches in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I starting tutoring to help pay may way through college and seminary. I’ve enjoyed the satisfaction of helping students succeed so much; and received such positive feedback from my tutoring lessons on YouTube that I occasionally take on a few tutoring students. Please email, call (see the footer of this webpage), or use my contact form if you’d like to learn with me.
